Mini Square Pinch Top Box

Project Number THREE from May Stamp Club.

I used Lullaby DSP for this one and it is such a cute little box! Great for a Lindt chocolate, pair of earrings, or any other small gifty.  I used twine for this because it was what I had on hand but I think ribbon would look super too!!
You can also do this box up in card stock and use small 1" square pieces of DSP on the sides to decorate it all matchy-matchy with coordinating ribbon....ON MAN!!  Now, I need to go and make more!!  LOL

Enjoy the video!!

Happy Stampin'!!  :-)

Sour Cream Container

Project Number TWO for May Stamp Club!!

The theme these days is "oldie but goodie" and I told the ladies at club that any gift, for an occasion or "just because" doesn't have to be boring.  Wrap that puppy up in STYLE!   This five video tutorials will help you with just that.

Much like the diaper fold pouch, I have used the sour cream container for SO MANY projects.   This has been a go-to for me for years.  I loved using this Sweet Taffy DSP as well.  I am going to miss this pack of DSP for sure.  I love the brights colours and the bold patterns.  That reminds me....must stock up before it is gone.  :-)

Grab your best adhesive and get cutting!

Happy Stampin'!!  :-)

Diaper Fold Pouch

Keeping in line with my "oldie but goodie" theme, here is another project that I have revisited lately.
For Stamp Club in May....we didn't do ANY STAMPING!!

I got so carried away with ideas for projects, I thought, why not send them home with a number of ideas to recreate and embellish as they like.  I also used all kinds of DSP at club so that they could all get a feel for the lovely patterns that are retiring soon.

First up was the Diaper Fold Pouch.  I have made these a few times over the years.  The first was back in 2010, after I moved to Halifax and started full time work for the first time in 5 years!!  I hopped on Split Coast Stampers and found this little doodad to create for Valentine's Day treats for my co-workers.  LOVED IT!!

Using 6x6 paper

Using 8x8 paper

I have used them for stamp class favours (I like to give my participants a little treat for class when they come and stamp with me), for party favours and for "just because gifts!"

We used the In Colour DSP pack to create TWO sizes at club.  Take a look....

Have fun and happy....folding!!  LOL  :)

April Stamp Club - One Sheet Wonder

This is another oldie but goodie!!  One of my very first stamping projects ever!

I haven't done one of these in a VERY long time.  After revisiting this gem I knew I had to share it with my stamp club ladies.

I used Flower Pot DSP at club, however all my samples are done with Maritime DSP.  I have had this pack of DSP for months but haven't opened it.  Love the colours but many of the patterns just aren't my style.  I used a stripe pattern for this one as I do like me some goooooooood stipes.  LOL

Here are my sample cards.  One some samples I used more that one of the pieces from the one sheet wonder.

This one I used two rectangular pieces and cut them in half for triangles.  FUN!!!

Here are the dimentions you will need for your One Sheet Wonder.  I have also included a video tutorial below.  HAVE FUN!!!
